Kai began her career as an actress. Her credits include the film “Heat” and a series regular role on the Fox television series “Medicine Ball”. An award winning director/producer, her films have aired on Showtime and shown in festivals worldwide. Kai was one of fifty semi-finalists chosen by Steven Spielberg to appear in his FOX reality series “On The Lot”, a competition for filmmakers. Currently, Kai is the creator of CHICK, a transmedia experience centered around one woman’s quest to become a superhero. CHICK has been featured in the Washington Post and won an Indie Soap Award for best directing.
